You may return all undamaged items purchased from myjnjstore.com within 15 days of the original delivery. Please call 520-834-2113 for a Return Authorization Number. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number clearly written on the outside of the returned box. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Ship authorized returns to the following address: Call for R/A number and mailing address.
